Starry Night Sleepover
Starry night Sleepover Parties is a family run business. We are based in Burbage and offer the magic of a Starry Sleepover to Leicestershire and Warwickshire and the surrounding area.
Our girls love a sleepover party but don't all children? We cater for girls and boys aged up to 13 and take the hassle out of hosting a sleepover. We set up and style the tents, then return the following day to collect, leaving you with no clearing
up or laundry.
Our sleepovers are fabulous not only for birthday parties, but also for end of term celebrations, best friend evenings, movie nights, communal events, comfy corners at weddings or even pre Christmas surprises.
With our set ups you receive:

Our prices are £100 for 4 beds, each additional bed £20
What areas do you cover?
We've hosted children's sleepover parties in Leicestershire, Warwickshire and West midlands. We are located in Burbage Leicestershire and offer free delivery and setup if you live in a 10 mile radius of LE10. We are happy to travel further afield for a small additional cost to cover our time & travel..
What age range are the teepee tents suitable for?
We recommend the tents are used by children over the age of 5.
How big are the teepee tents and beds?
The space required for one teepee tent and airbed is 190 x 100cm. The breakfast trays are 56 x 36cm and are usually placed in front of each bed if there is room however these can be placed elsewhere if preferred.
What is the hire period?
Everything included in the package will be delivered and set up one day then packed away and collected the following day. At the point of booking we discuss a convenient time for us to come to your home on each day.
Can the teepee tents be used outside?
Unfortunately not. These tents were lovingly hand made by us with the intention of them being for indoor use only.
Can I have a sleepover party set up in an upper floor flat or apartment?
We love to add lots of accessories to make each party look really special but it means we have a large amount of kit to transport, carry in and set up. This unfortunately means that we are not able to accept bookings in restricted areas or flats, apartments or any other property where there are steps or any type of restrictions.
How are the teepee tents cleaned?
The tent covers are all removable and washable. All bedding is laundered after each use. Trays and other items are cleaned and disinfected where possible.
Are the teepee tents available to buy?
We don’t sell the teepee tents, they are available as part of the hire package only.
Do I need a power supply?
Our fairy lights and light box are battery operated. We require a power supply to pump up the air beds but if this isn’t possible, please let us know as we also have a battery operated pump.
What are your payment terms?
We require a deposit of £20 (non-refundable) to confirm your booking. The remaining balance plus an additional security deposit of £50 is to be paid for in full on the party date. The security deposit will be refunded once the equipment has been collected undamaged and fully tested (usually within 48 hours). Costs for the replacement of any damaged items supplied or breakages will be deductible from this deposit.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Accidents happen, we know that. Due to the nature of our business we take great care in looking after our party supplies and ensuring they are supplied in fantastic condition. Should an incident occur where any of our supplied items get damaged there will be a charge for replacements.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have £1million public liability insurance.
